42 Fusion is a Mexican and Italian restaurant at 42 Front Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020, run by 42Front LLC. In this policy, "42 Fusion", "we" and "us" mean the restaurant. It explains what we learn about you when you book a table, join the 42 Club, call us, apply for a job or visit this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you book a table, we keep your name, your mobile number, how many people are coming, the day and time, and anything you tell us about the visit, like an allergy, a birthday or a high chair. If you give us your email address or tell us how you heard about us, we keep that too.
When you join the 42 Club, we keep your name and mobile number, and a record of your visits, stamps and rewards. If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a notification address so we can reach that device.
When nobody on the team can pick up the phone, a virtual assistant answers for us. Those calls are recorded and transcribed so we can book your table, change it, or call you back. If you leave a voicemail, it is recorded too.
When you apply for a job, we keep what you send us: your contact details, your answers and your résumé.
When you visit this website or our booking pages, we count visits. On some pages, Meta's pixel tells us whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram brought you here.
How we use it
We use your information to hold and manage your reservation, to send you a confirmation and reminders, to recognize you as a 42 Club member and give you your rewards, to return your calls, to review job applications, and to run the restaurant better. If you tell us you want our offers, we may send you an occasional offer by email or as an app notification. We never send marketing by text message.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number when you book a table, online, in person or on the phone, or when you join the 42 Club, we text you about it: a confirmation right after you book, a reminder on the day of your reservation, a reminder about an hour before, a note if your reservation changes, sign-in codes for the 42 Club, and a reply when you leave us a voicemail. How many texts you get depends on your bookings, usually two to four per reservation. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that run parts of our service for us, and only so they can do that job: Twilio sends our texts and connects our phone line, ElevenLabs runs the phone assistant, Supabase stores our reservations and Club records, Vercel hosts this website and our booking pages, Resend sends our emails, and Meta measures our ads on some pages. We will also share information if the law requires it. All of this excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: that information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation and Club records while you are a guest or member and for as long as we need them to run the restaurant and keep our books. Recordings and transcripts of calls answered by the phone assistant are kept for up to 180 days. Job applications are kept while the position is open and for a reasonable time after.
Your choices
You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP. You can turn off app notifications in your browser or phone settings. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing42FSfusion@gmail.com or calling (518) 490-2030.
Children
Our website and services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
