These terms cover the text messages 42 Fusion sends about your reservations and your 42 Club account. 42 Fusion is a restaurant at 42 Front Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020, run by 42Front LLC. Our texts come from (518) 768-9860.
How you start getting texts
You agree to get our texts when you give us your mobile number to book a table, on our booking page, in person or on the phone, or when you sign up for the 42 Club. Right under the phone number box on our booking and sign-up pages, we say that you will get these texts, and link to these terms and our privacy policy.
What we send
We send a confirmation right after you book, a reminder on the day of your reservation, a reminder about an hour before it, a note if your reservation changes, sign-in codes for the 42 Club, and a reply when you leave us a voicemail. These texts are about your own bookings and account. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How many texts you get depends on how often you book, usually two to four per reservation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop them
Reply STOP to any text from us, or text STOP to (518) 768-9860, at any time. We will send one last text to confirm, and then no more. If you change your mind, text START to (518) 768-9860 to get our texts again.

The fine print
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts work with the major carriers in the United States and Canada. We may change these terms; the date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Ourprivacy policy explains how we handle your information.
